About Champions Trophy.
Since its inception in 2008, the Champions Trophy Case Competition attracts top performing undergraduate case competition universities from all over the world for a week-long event in Auckland, New Zealand.
The competition will provide you with a range of challenges in which participants can develop their analytical, teamwork and communication skills across a range of business scenarios. Just as importantly, it also provides opportunities for you to foster friendships, learn from each other and gain valuable experiences outside of the competition.

Sunday 26 January
Welcome to the competition! Following registration, you will be formally welcomed in the Sir Owen G Glenn Building at the University of Auckland. You’ll also get the opportunity to meet your fellow participants at the Welcome Dinner.

Monday 27 January
Get ready for a day of outdoor adventures! We’ll begin the day by visiting Mairangi Bay, one of Tamaki Makaurau | Auckland’s pristine beaches. You’ll then have some free time in the afternoon to explore the city. On Monday evening, you’ll join us in a game of lawn bowls and enjoy some delicious food alongside your fellow participants.

Tuesday 28 January
Get ready for the competition! We’ll begin Tuesday with a competition briefing and a tour of the building you will be competing in. In the afternoon, we’ll be visiting each of the case companies that you’ll be consulting for over the next few days. Tuesday is the last chance to squeeze in some adrenaline-charged activities before the competition starts!

Wednesday is the first of three preliminary rounds of the Champions Trophy Case Competition 2025.

Thursday is the second of three preliminary rounds of the Champions Trophy Case Competition 2025.

Friday 31 January
TGIF! Friday is the last of three preliminary rounds of the Champions Trophy Case Competition 2025. Following deliberation, the Wild Card participants will be announced. At the end of the day, the finalists will be announced. You’ll then enjoy classic kiwi cuisine at one of Auckland’s iconic restaurants, followed by drinks for those who want to enjoy the Auckland night life!

It’s the final day of the competition! The final round will take place today. The competition’s results will be announced at the Final Dinner.
